Purchase terms

SleepWalk is licensed as a one-time purchase for use on one Mac at a time, subject to the activation limit shown at checkout.

Trial and billing

The app includes a seven-day trial. It does not automatically charge you when the trial ends. A purchase activates the license key supplied through Polar; it is not a recurring subscription.

Refunds and cancellation

SleepWalk does not offer voluntary refunds after purchase. This does not limit any refund, withdrawal, warranty, or other remedy required by applicable law, including remedies for non-delivery or a defective product. Because this is a one-time purchase, there is no recurring subscription to cancel.

Polar may also process refunds or chargebacks under its own terms and applicable law. Contact support@sleepwalk.app for download, activation, non-delivery, defective-product, or statutory-rights requests.

Where applicable law requires explicit consent and acknowledgment before digital delivery begins, the checkout flow must collect that confirmation.

Privacy

SleepWalk works locally and does not read your prompts, code, files, windows, or browsing activity. See the Privacy page for its limited trial, license, and update connections.
